Fugu is an easy-to-use FTP client that makes it especially easy to sync folders. It looks a lot like Transmit, but it’s free! It shows two sides: your files and their files. This makes for the easiest syncing experience possible. Works on SSH’ing into your iPod touch or iPhone as well (after jailbreaking, which is legal by the way). After all, it won the 2003 Apple Design Award!
Rating: 4.5/5. Ease of use outweighs the old of style user interface.
